We hope that you will be completely satisfied when your order is delivered. However, we know there are occasions when an item needs to be returned. To make this process as easy as possible, please read the information below and adhere to this policy.
You must contact Require IT within seven days of the date of delivery to inform us that you will be returning the item. Call us on +44 (0)1473 742656.
Require IT will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number. This number MUST be displayed on the packaging when you return the item to us, and included in all correspondence.
The item must be returned to Require IT in the original packaging.
All goods must be returned to Require IT via a trackable service and proof of postage must be obtained.
Returned item(s) must be the exact item originally shipped to you by Require IT. The item must be unscratched and undamaged and have:
all original labels
original shape, quality and quantity
warranty stickers in place
serial numbers in place
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure the item is returned to Require IT safely. It is the Buyer's responsibility in the unlikely event that returned items are lost or damaged in transit.
All returned items will be tested before any refund or replacement is issued.
Warranty of the item will be void if items are returned to Require IT in a tampered condition due to mishandling, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, modifications, alterations or repairs made to the item. All warranty is return to base.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay all charges incurred items transaction, shipping and returns, eg, import duties and others.
